This t-shirt, although not especially special, gave me a happy “click” in the head feeling. I hadn’t been bouncing ideas off my husband too much as he was yet to get the ‘banksy’ impression – and well ‘one hit in your face’ without thinking concept. So I proud of it.

Working at a Catholic school (hahahahaha – read the backlog somewhere on this blog as to WHY?!) I drove up to the kitchen and grabbed a plastic pasta claw from their kitchen to photograph.

I then searched the internet for photos of a priest or bishop holding a crozier via google images. It took me a while to find a decent photo, like about 30 page search into google images, and I came across one I could use.

I didn’t want to use the face of the person of course, so the actual head of the dude holding the spaghetti claw is a photo I took of my best friend Lachlan. I was worried when I showed him the design (coz he is as savvy a prick as I am) that he might want royalties from it! I showed my idiotic (love you lachy) mate the design at least 3 times, and he DIDN’T even recognize himself as the FACE!!!

So I finally told him. My usual suspicion under estimated our 11 year friend ship and he thought it was fantastic and wanted to buy one! So I offered him non-profit rates.
